Devon L. Holifield, MDiv, is a man of many talents and the Founder/CEO of Healthy Masculinity. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies and a Master of Divinity from the Southern Theological Institute of Biblical Studies (Indianapolis, IN). Currently, Devon is pursuing a Master of Organizational Leadership at Martin University (Indianapolis, IN), where he expects to graduate in Spring 2026.
In addition to his entrepreneurial work, Devon serves as a Career Development Manager at Indiana's only Predominantly Black Institution, where he helps individuals explore career opportunities in Indianapolis. He also serves as the Marketing Co-Chair for The Exchange at the Indianapolis Urban League, an organization of young professionals committed to uplifting disadvantaged communities and shaping the future of the city. Devon is a member of Class XIV of the 1828 Leadership Project, presented by Citizens Energy Group, and was recently selected for Class II of the Indiana Youth Institute’s Emerging Leaders of Color program.
As the visionary leader of DLH Ministries, Devon provides coaching, mentoring, public speaking, and preaching services. He is also a proud father to three children: Zariyah, Devon Jr., and Christian. Devon shares his home with his beloved female Staffordshire terrier, Schmoo, whom he adopted from the Indianapolis Humane Society.
